GLENDALE, Ariz. -

The Glendale Police Department are looking for a suspect who they say attacked two women at an apartment complex on two separate occasions.

"Scary, it's scary, gotta watch yourself at all times because you never know when somebody's watching," said Felicia Rivera.

Police say on Wednesday, August 20th before 1 a.m. a 20-year-old woman was walking a friend out to his car when the suspect attacked the woman and tried to sexually assault her. She managed to escape and called authorities.

On Sunday, August 23rd a woman coming home from work around 5:30 a.m. was grabbed from behind. She was thrown to the ground, and the man tried to sexually assault her. Two men nearby came out of the apartment and chased the suspect off.

"The Same mo, jumping out, grabbing the females and throwing them down, attempting to sexually assault them, and it happens in the same apartment complex, the description by these two feels who don't know each other gives us a description that is very similar," said Tracey Breeden.

Glendale police have identified the suspect as a Hispanic or Native American male, 19-25 years-old, 5'9" to 5'11" tall, 160 to 180 pounds, with short black hair which was possibly spiked.

"I'm in shock that's really scary, and doesn't make me want to go out at night or go into the parking lot by myself," said Candi Ross.

News that a sexual predator is on the loose in this family friendly community has people here looking over their shoulders.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Glendale Police Department at 623-930-3000 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
