A Henry County man is facing serious charges after police say they found him passed out behind the wheel with his toddler next to him.
Robert Griffin, 39, is being held in the Henry County Jail on $20,000 bond.
According to an arrest warrant, he was found early Sunday morning passed out behind the wheel of a Nissan Pathfinder around 5:40 a.m. Police located the vehicle on the exit ramp from Interstate 75 to Jodeco Road.
There was whiskey in the cup holder of his vehicle, cocaine in his pocket and his 2-year-old son was beside him, according to police.
In addition to DUI and drug charges, Griffin is accused of giving a false name, driving on a suspended license and endangering a child.
