A brand new pizza delivery app upset most of D.C. within hours of its debut. It's called "Push for Pizza."
You enter your delivery and credit card information once and then the app determines the nearest delivery joint.
In just three clicks a pizza is on the way. But when it debuted in D.C., users noted that you couldn't enter a district address. When people tried putting D.C. in as a state, they were greeted with a message from the app - informing them that ‘DC was not a valid state.’ After a chorus of complaints on social media the app's twitter account found a work around for hungry residents of the nation's capital.
The company said that for pizza D.C., a Virginia or Maryland address could be entered.
Some users logged on to inform the app maker's they would never use it until it recognized D.C.
In a phone call with the Washington Post, the app's maker promised a fix within a week.
