WASHINGTON -

Dozens of Washington Nationals fans are cashing into on the demand for a Jayson Werth garden gnome.

At Tuesday night's game against the New York Mets, the team gave away gnomes of the Nationals' outfielder to the first 25,000 fans. More than 40,000 people showed up to the game.

Some people who were able to get their hands on the giveaway quickly put it up on eBay, which set off a bidding frenzy.

There were several online listings that ended with people bidding more than $100 for the gnomes.

DENVER - Technically, it's still summer for a few more days but it's snowing already in Colorado! The Denver area saw a dusting Wednesday and could get a bit more snow as a cold front moves through. Fortunately for residents there, this is just temporary and they'll enjoying 70 degree days again soon.
