JOLIET, Ill. (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

A Will County judge will review documents requested by the attorney for one of four people charged with a double murder last year in Joliet, but the attorney said he expects her trial to start Monday as scheduled.

The emergency motion, filed Thursday by attorney Chuck Bretz, who is representing defendant Bethany McKee, seeks additional documents not already made available, the SouthtownStar is reporting.

McKee, 20; Joshua Miner, 26; Adam Landerman, 21; and Alisa Massaro, 20, were arrested and charged with murder after Eric Glover and Terrance Rankins, both 22, were found dead in January 2013 in Massaro’s Joliet home in the 1100 block of North Hickory Street.

After a hearing before Judge Gerald Kinney on Friday, Bretz said he expected the trial to start Monday as scheduled.

Massaro pleaded guilty in May to robbery and concealment of a homicidal death in exchange for a 10-year prison sentence. Landerman and Minor both are due in court Aug. 14, jail records show.
