2 Smyrna bank robbery arrests in 2 days

SMYRNA, Ga. -

Smyrna police have arrested two different bank robbers after they attempted to rob two separate banks.

Kentrell Maurice Allen, 18, attempted to rob Fifth Third Bank, located inside Kroger on South Cobb Drive, Wednesday around 12:30 p.m.

Allen left the bank before he could get any money.

Police found Allen shortly after inside his vehicle in the Kroger parking lot.

Terrence Robinson, 28, attempted to rob Wells Fargo Bank located at 3261 South Cobb Drive.

The incident happened around 9:45 a.m.

According to police, Robinson presented a holdup note at the bank and then fled after a teller gave him money.

Police found Robinson inside the same Kroger as the Wednesday robbery and he was taken into custody. Officers found a bag which had the money from the bank.
