PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Do you live in one of the most exciting cities in Arizona? The real-estate blog Movoto recently compiled a list of the most exciting places to live in Arizona.

They scored a number of factors in their decision including nightlife, number of restaurants, and distance to parks.

Tempe came in as the number one city. It's not a surprise considering Arizona State University is there, along with all the restaurants and bars along Mill Ave.

The blog used U.S. Census information to widdle down the cities with populations over 10,000. From there, they looked at the percentage of residents who are 18-34. How many restaurants are located there that aren't fast food. They also looked into how many live music venues and nightlife spots there were.

"What do I like about Tempe? Tempe Town Lake. I'm a triathlete so I swim quite a bit at Tempe Town Lake, do a lot of races there, I like that," said one resident.

"I'd say probably the best selection for cheap lunches in the area," said another resident.

"We're big ASU fans," said a visitor to Mill Avenue.

"You can catch the bus and come right downtown, and go back home. Mill Avenue there's always partying all times of the night, and they've got great stuff to do, so that's why I like it," said another visitor.
