A young cancer patient got a birthday party fit for a princess!

Nine-year-old Emily Wasemen, dolled up in her royal best, boarded a horse-drawn carriage to attend her birthday ball in Ohio.

She was also greeted by a cast of princesses, who also attended the ball in Alliance.

Wasemen, who is fighting a rare brain tumor, has undergone eight operation and weeks of radiation in her battle with the disease.

The mayor of the town also proclaimed the day "Emily Waseman Day."

Her family is vowing to continue fighting until a cure for Emily's cancer is found.
