VIRGINIA SAME SEX RULING? - We could soon learn the next step in the fate of Virginia's same sex marriage ban. in Bostic v. Rainey, a case in where a gay couple from Norfolk sued after being denied a marriage license by the local circuit court clerk. Attorney General Mark Herring sides with the plaintiffs, but Republican Delegates have hired lawyers to defend the ban.

Rick Perry.Obama's trip comes one day after he asked Congress for $3.7 billion in emergency spending to get more resources to the border.
