WASHINGTON - A third hearing is set for the man accused in the 2012 Benghazi terror attack. Security was tight outside of U.S. District Court in northwest as Ahmed Abu Khatallah arrived for a hearing last week. He is charged with conspiracy in the attack that killed four Americans. Prosecutors say he supervised it all. Khatallah's attorney claims the government has limited evidence to back up those charges.
Tuesday's hearing begins at 11 a.m.
