MANASSAS, Va. -

A University of Maryland lacrosse player remains in a regional Virginia jail after failing to answer routine questions about drug use. Benjamin Chisolm, 19, has been charged with groping a 49-year-old woman at a concert at Jiffy Lube Live.

At two different bond hearings this week, judges were told that Chisolm declined to answer question about drug use. The routine questions were asked by pre-trial services personnel. One staffer from that agency said Chisolm declined to answer, citing advice from his attorney.

District Judge Peter Stekette asked county workers to try again to get answers from Chisolm. The judge scheduled a third bond hearing at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
