A woman who says she was sexually assaulted by a University of Maryland Lacrosse player at Jiffy Lube Live on June 22 is disputing a police report about the crime.

Prince William County police arrested 19-year-old Benjamin Chisolm of Davidsonville, Md., and charged him with aggravated sexual battery.

Police say the alleged victim reported that "she was attending a concert and fell asleep in the lawn area.” They say "when she woke, an unknown man was lying beside her and touching her inappropriately."

The alleged victim, who FOX 5 is identifying as "Donna," says the report isn’t accurate. She was not asleep and she was sober.

Donna says she was at the Zac Brown Band concert with a large group that included her daughter and her daughter's boyfriend. She says it was her first time out with her new pacemaker since suffering a heart attack last October. It was a hot day and she says she got overheated.

Donna says while she was laying on the edge of their blanket with her daughter rubbing a cold water bottle over her head, a man she didn't know slid up next to her.

"This guy comes running up and slides up right behind me like he was spooning me, and he was grinding his bottom half against my bottom half, and he took his arm and put it around me and grabbed my breast,” she says.

Donna says her daughter's boyfriend jumped up and grabbed the man, who was later identified as Chisolm, and threw him off of her.

Donna says Chisolm and his friends began heckling her and her group after the assault.

They reported it to police, and after Chisolm was detained on an unrelated incident of being publicly intoxicated, he was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual battery.

Donna, who is a married mother of five, says she feels violated and her sense of security has been shattered.

"No, I wasn't raped, she says. "No, my clothes weren't taken off. But I feel weird because somebody else touched me that I did not know. That I didn't give permission."

Chisolm is being held without bond.

The University of Maryland issued a statement saying, "We are aware of the reported incident regarding one of our student-athletes. The University takes these matters very seriously and will cooperate with authorities during their investigation."

Two people at Chisolm's home in Davidsonville, Md., say they also had no comment.

Chisolm next court date is July 17.
