The idea was to shrink the amount of garbage NPS has to cart away. to do that they decided to take away start removing trash cans from sites along the George Washington Memorial Parkway, Iwo Jima Memorial, Great Falls and Roosevelt Island. NPS hoped people would simply take their own trash home. So did people start taking away their own trash? An unknown number of those immigrants have been released with notices to report to Immigration and Customs Enforcement offices near their final destinations inside the United States.

NO FLY LIST RULING - A Federal Court has issued a ruling that could have a major impact on US counter terror efforts that have been in place since before 2001. U.S. District Court Judge Anna Brown sitting in Oregon has ruled people lack a meaningful way to challenge their placement on the governments no-fly list, which bars them from flying to or within the United States. She also said the 13 Muslim people who sued the government have been unconstitutionally deprived of their right to fly.
