PHOENIX (KSAZ) - There was an outburst in federal court Monday after a judge sentenced a father and son who were accused of being white supremacists and government extremists.

ATF agents say the pair stockpiled weapons and ammunition in an Ash Fork, Arizona ranch.

Both the father and his son are convicted felons, because of that they weren't supposed to have firearms.

The dash cam video of the Kehoe brothers in a shootout with Ohio State Police troopers made national headlines in 1997. After that video Chayne Kehoe was sent to prison and released in 2008, now he is going back.

A judge sentenced Chayne to more than 3 years for storing firearms in his father's Ash Fork ranch. He told the judge, "I messed up, I know it was wrong, that is why I plead guilty."

His father, Kirby Kehoe was sentenced by the same judge to ten years in prison. Agents found more than a dozen guns, thousands of rounds of ammunition at Kirby's ranch.

During the sentencing, Kehoe denied being involved with white supremacist groups.

He also had an outburst after his sentencing telling the judge. "This is not justice, this is the reason the people in the United States cannot tolerate government anymore. I don't know how you people live with yourselves, I just don't understand," said Kirby Kehoe.
