ORANGE, Va. - How would you want to spend your 90th birthday?  One Virginia woman did exactly what she did on her 70th and 80th birthdays: She jumped out of a perfectly good airplane.

Evelyn Marshall, who is from Manassas, Va., took her latest leap on Monday, along with three of her grandsons.  With the team from Skydive Orange, they flew to the Flying Circus Aerodome in Bealeton.  Because skies were cloudy, at first, she couldn't see the ground below.

Marshall had quite a crowd of family and friends waiting for her-- along with lots of cameras-- when she made it to the ground.  She told the crowd she felt just like a celebrity!

Marshall has spent much of her life in the aviation world, so her celebrations make sense.  She and her late husband ran several airports in Virginia, and she still works three days a week for Dulles Aviation.

She might be 90, but you wouldn't know it.  She told The Free Lance Star she doesn't have arthritis, her knees don't hurt, her back doesn't hurt-- and she still has her original hips and knees.  She says she got hearing aids a few months ago.

"That's pretty much it," she told the newspaper, adding, "Nobody tells me what to do."

With both feet on the ground, Marshall showed off striped socks she wore on her jump, which are similar to those worn by President George H.W. Bush when he went skydiving.
