Authorities locate missing Oconee Co. teen

OCONEE COUNTY, Ga. - A missing Oconee County teenage girl has been located.

Harley Miller, 14, was last seen Monday morning when authorities believe she left with a man she met online. She was located Tuesday afternoon.

Authorities arrested Robert Louis Coggins, 36, of Kissimmee, Florida with the following charges: Interstate interference with Custody and Enticing a Minor for Indecent Purposes. Additional charges may be forthcoming locally as well as in Florida.

Coggins remains in custody of the Orange County Florida Sheriff's Office.
