A second alleged victim has come forward in the investigation of a Virginia high school teacher who was arrested for soliciting a minor.

53-year-old Laurence Einuis, who is the band director at West Springfield High School, was charged by Fairfax County police last week with use of communications systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children. He is accused of engaging in an inappropriate conversation with a 14-year-old student at the school. The boy was not harmed.

It is unknown if the second alleged victim is also a student at the school.
