Alison Sweeney is 'Scared Scriptless'

Posted: Updated:
NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) - After her 21 year run on the soap opera 'Days of Our Lives,' is actress Alison Sweeney scared scriptless?

"I am. I like that pun. It’s been weird not having 'Days of Our Lives' scripts waiting for me at home. It’s very much the same. I had a lot of the same things going. It’s hard not to have that same routine. I miss my friends. I've been texting them all week,” said Sweeney.

The mother of a five-year-old girl and nine-year-old boy is spending more time now focusing on family.

But her days on 'Days' are fresh on her mind and she's used her experience to write a new book, 'Scared Scriptless.'

“It’s a behind the scenes look at Hollywood. It’s the perfect beach read. It’s fun to escape into the world of Hollywood and see how shows are made. It’s about a script supervisor who is very meticulous and then she has to learn to let loose and believe in herself and find romance,” said Sweeney.

Now that the book is on store shelves, Sweeney is getting ready to get back to work as the host of the TV show 'The Biggest Loser.'

"We are living the Biggest Loser lifestyle. I’m encouraging people to make healthy choices for themselves and their kids. Get fresh fruit in your refrigerate. Have it cut up and ready to go. Rinse off some blueberries and in a bowl so you’re reaching for healthy options and not a bag of potatoe chips,” said Sweeney.

'The Biggest Loser' returns in September.

Motorcycle jackets, black boots, knit tops, it's all in for fall 2014. Joe Zee, Editor-In-Chief, Yahoo! At least a dozen scathing reviews were printed about Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s new book on a preservative used in vaccines before it was released. It's not fair, says Kennedy Jr., and he explained why during Good Day New York. "They attacked me for what they believed was going to be in the book which was a discussion about autism and that is not in the book," said Kennedy Jr.
