The Senate Armed Services Committee is holding a closed door briefing on the deal. Meanwhile a "Welcome Home Bo" rally in his Idaho hometown has been canceled as controversy to swirl. The U.S. national intelligence officer for South Asia, has told the Senate that 4of the 5 men exchanged for Bergdahl are expected to resume activities with the Taliban. BROWN DANCER PHOTO - It's always a good idea to make sure whats behind you when you take a picture. The Daily Caller posted a picture of Maryland Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown. In it, Brown is seen dressed casually with 3 well dressed women. But in the background there is something else: an exotic dancer (some may say stripper) standing scantily clad next to a brass poll. Brown's campaign confirmed the picture is real but says it was taken at a Las Vegas hotel lounge that just happened to have dancers as part of the facility. Brown is seeking the Democratic nomination as Governor

Fruit packaged by the Wawona Packing Company out of Cutler, California and sold at stores across the country is being voluntarily recalled. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration says there is a possibility the recalled products may be contaminated with listeria. No illnesses have been linked to the recall. Certain lots of peaches, nectarines, plums and pluots sold at Trader Joe's, Costco, Sam's Club and Fresh Direct could be contaminated with the dangerous food-borne pathogen.
