1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
½ cup Brown Sugar
6 sprigs Fresh Thyme Sprigs
1 cup Water
5 Tbl Knorr Swiss Demi Glace
Place Balsamic Vinegar, Brown Sugar and Thyme Sprigs in a small pot and bring to a boil; reduce for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Dissolve Demi Powder in Water and add to reducing Balsamic Vinegar continue reducing mixture for 10 minutes. Remove from fire and strain; hold at room temperature/warm for service.
Note: If mixture gets too thick thin with warm water.
