Amen Iseghohi: 'Pit Stop Workout'

Posted: Updated:

Amen Iseghohi: Founder of Amenzone Fitness “Pit Stop Workout”

With the Indy 500 right around the corner (Sunday, May 25th), we are doing a "Pit Stop" workout with top fitness trainer, Amen Iseghohi, founder of Amenzone Fitness.

The Amenzone workout uses tires as its prime tool to shape and tone.

Amenzone Fitness is a back-to-basics training zone tailored for athletically minded people. Our style of training promotes a natural workout that uses clean tires and one’s own body strength and movement to stay fit. More energy, a positive outlook and obvious physical results are all outcomes of such training.

The overcrowded gym filled with weights and machines is no longer a preferred routine Replaced by a natural and fundamental approach that matches movement with intention, primal training boasts unparalleled results.

Each workout is methodical, but also creative. Regardless of age, previous activity level and ability, primal training at Amenzone will help you achieve your fitness goals. Why? Primal training is based on the body’s natural way of moving, your personal skill level and sheer determination.

At Amenzone, training is a spiritual practice that is deep and profound in its reach. We choose to use natural “primal” training as a vehicle for self-inquisition where every workout is a journey that exposes who we are at the very core.

Born and raised in Liverpool, signed by an inexperienced agent named Brian Epstein, hustled into the studio with a genius producer named George Martin...and out of that session came a hit song called "Do You Want To Know A Secret." Now here's the twist…we're not talking about The Beatles.
