Scottsdale police arrest three for allegedly raping a woman

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Scottsdale Police are investigating claims by a woman who says she was raped by three college students from Scottsdale Community College.

Detectives say that on May 12th the victim was at the apartment of the three students near Indian School & 78th Street.

The group had been drinking and after midnight she said she felt too intoxicated so she went to sleep in one of the rooms.

She said that before 3:30 a.m. the three men started having sex with her against her will.

She later left the apartment and called police from a hospital.

Authorities spoke with 22 year-old Martell Clark, 21 year-old Renon Lorenzo, and 20 year-old Jaborie Rucks who after questioning made statements implicating their part in the assault.

Scottsdale Police arrested Clark, Lorenzo, and Rucks on charges of sexual assault.
