Dashcam Video Shows Suspects Kissing, Allegedly Swapping Meth

Posted: Updated:

A police dash cam catches a head-scratching act.

Two men pass a bag of crystal meth to each other through a kiss in the back of a cop car and it's all caught on dash cam video.

The two men were arrested in Bartlesville, Ohio. Cops say one was holding a large amount of methamphetamine and was trying to get rid of it by swallowing it.

Then something strange happens, one man passes the drugs through a kiss to the other because he feared swallowing the whole stash would kill him.

"It's nasty bro, I'm telling you," said suspect Timothy Povlick.

"I know," Derek Boff says.

"Do you want it?" Povlick answers.

"Try suck some of your saliva off of it and I will," Boff says.

That's when the two kiss.

"Oh my God. You're sick," Povlick says.

"I'd swallow them if I was you, dude," Povlick tells him. "Don't suck on them, swallow 'em homie."

All the while, the men never realized they were on dashcams equipped with audio that picked up their conversation.

“It's quite odd, especially their conversation that they have about it before they do it and then for them to actually do it in the back of my car, it was very odd," said Officer Cheyenne Lee of the Bartlesville Police Department.

Povlick later admitted he ate meth and had to go to the hospital, where doctors had to work quickly to save his life.

Bartlesville police say that without the dashcams these guys may have gotten away with a lesser charge.
