Detroit Weather Authority Forecast: Ozone Action Day; Hot Temps

Posted: Updated:
Weather Authority Alan Longstreet

Another Ozone Action Day for all of SE MI aside from Livingston & Lapeer counties. You can expect another dry day with the heat & humidity up a notch.

Storms roll through tonight and the threat for severe is quite low, but not completely zero, so we'll at least keep an eye on that time frame.

Cool high pressure builds in behind the storms allowing for cooler & drier conditions through the end of the week.

Today: Mostly sunny. Ozone Action Day. SW wind 5-15 mph. High 90.

Tonight: Shower & storm chance. Mild & muggy. SW wind 5-15 mph. Low 70.

Tomorrow: Chance showers/storms early. Breezy. Partly Sunny. NW wind 5-15 mph. Gusts to 25 mph. High 78.
