The race happens annually.  It started in San Francisco in 2004, and came to D.C. just a few years ago.  It’s now the largest women’s running event in the United States!   This year, 15,000 women will take part.

A Facebook page dedicated to the race will inspire you.  Check out Nike Run Women’s Series to see what we mean!  You can also click here for a link to their website.
