Give it 100: 100 days of push ups

Posted: Updated:
The website is Give It 100, the concept is give yourself 100 days to try anything before you give up, to see what kind of improvements you can make to your life.

This latest one is a 100 day journey of Estella Gong who was self-conscious about her body and told by others that she was scrawny.

She wanted to prove what she could accomplish in 100 days.  Starting out she could barely do a push up. Then you see her progress to doing more difficult pushups and in the end you can see how strong she becomes. She begins wearing tighter fitting workout clothes and you can see how strong her arms become.

This website all started after the founder 26 year old Karen Cheng decided she wanted to teach herself to dance and did so within a year. That you tube video went viral and inspired her to quit her job at Microsoft and create the website.

It's a social network of people that helps cheer each other on to reach their goals.
