MOUNT RAINIER, Md. -

Prince George's County police are trying to track down two suspects seen robbing the Glut Food Co-op on 34th Street Monday afternoon at gunpoint.

Surveillance cameras in the store caught them in the act, and police have posted the video on the Prince George's County Police’s news blog.

The video shows the two men came into the store around 1 p.m. and pretended to be customers. When they approached the checkout counter, one man produced a handgun and demanded money. The two suspects can be seen taking all the money in the cash register and leaving.

Workers and customers are in shock. They say the store was robbed six months ago by bandits using what turned out to be a paint gun.

Those two suspects, who had also robbed some area gas stations, were caught and arrested.

Anyone who recognizes the two men seen robbing the food co-op this past Monday is asked to contact Prince George's County Police detectives at 301-772-4905. If you want to remain anonymous, you can call Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS.
