EASTPOINTE, Mich. (WJBK) - An Easpointe man is calling for General Motors to fix his vehicle after he has received three separate recall notices.

Joe Johnson bought his 2007 Saturn Ion new and has since paid it off, but now he's says it's essentially worthless.

He's received one recall letter about the ignition switch problem. His vehicle also has the potential to lose power steering, and to develop a crack in fuel pump that could lead to a fire.

GM has recalled 6.3 million vehicles since February for a variety of issues. The automaker expects recall costs to add up to $750 million in the first quarter alone.

The company's CEO, Mary Barra, faced tough questions in Congressional hearings earlier this week. She apologized but provided little insight or answers, leaving some lawmakers frustrated.
