WASHINGTON -

Washington Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson will be putting on a new number for his new NFL team.

Jackson, who has worn the No. 10 during his first six seasons in the NFL, will now sport the No. 11 jersey for the Redskins. Quarterback Robert Griffin III currently wears No. 10 for Washington.

In fact, the new DeSean Jackson gear are already headed to the stores in D.C., according to Ryan Poppe, the Redskins’ General Manager of Retail Operations.

And they are already being sold on the Redskins’ team store website.

In other uniform news, backup quarterback Kirk Cousins will switch from No. 12 to No. 8, formerly worn by Rex Grossman, who is a free agent. Cousins wore No. 8 back in high school and in college at Michigan State.

Newly acquired wide receiver Andre Roberts is making a $12,000 donation to Cousins’ football camp for the rights to wear the No. 12 jersey.

Wide receiver Aldrick Robinson, who wore No. 11 last season, announced on Twitter that he will be switching to No. 15.
