Harvard accepts more new applicants than DC Walmart stores

Posted: Updated:
Harvard accepts just 5.9 % of its applicants. Dartmouth is at 11.5 %, Cornell at 14 % and the University of Pennsylvania at just 10 %.

Even more exclusive than that - a job at a D.C. Walmart.

According to the Washington Post, 23,000 people applied for 600 job openings at one of the city's new Walmart store last year.

The chain only hired 2.6 percent of them.
