Airline plays matchmaker, tweets followers to help woman search for man from flight

Posted: Updated:

A woman thought she met the man of her dreams on a flight from Dallas to Calgary, Canada. But she didn't get his number!

So she tweeted American Airlines, saying, 'Just got off my flight with my future husband but didn't catch his full name. Wanna be a matchmaker?"

The airline tweeted her plea to its 785,000 followers.

'We hope someone knows, Clauco who was born in Torino and lives in Soho. His future wife is here and looking for him."

One of the man's friends saw the tweet and the pair have since connected.
