Thousands in cash stolen from Troy dealerships

TROY, Mich. (WJBK) - Thousands of dollars has been stolen from two neighboring car dealerships in Troy.

More than $12,000 was taken from the Suburban Infinity of Troy dealership on Maplelawn Drive on March 22. The money was taken from a safe inside the building.

More than $1,000 in petty cash was taken overnight from the Jaguar dealership, also on Maplelawn Drive, on March 26.  

Police have not ruled out the possibility that the two crimes could be related.
