1 ea Asian Pears
1 lb Local Farmers Market Greens
1/4 cup Onions (julienned)
¼ cup Carrots (julienned)
¼ cup Daikon (thinly sliced)
4 ea Heirloom Tomatoes
For the Dressing
1 tbsp Yuzu Or Lemon Juice if unavailable
1 tbsp Miso
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Mirin
½ tsp Soy Sauce
1.5 cups Canola Oil
1. For the dressing, combine yuzu, miso, vinegar, mirin, and soy in a small mixing bowl.
2. Slowly add the canola oil while whisking constantly until dressing is emulsified.
3. In a large mixing bowl spoon desired amount of dressing. Add mixed greens and vegetables and gently toss.
