Another member of the D.C. fire department has been arrested. A fire lieutenant has been accused of prescription fraud while in uniform.

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year-old Henry Dent for filling a fake prescription for oxycodone. Authorities say they recovered nearly 47 oxycodone pills, 18 additional fraudulent prescriptions in various stages of completion, and six empty prescription bottles obtained from other pharmacies located in Calvert County, Prince George's County and Washington D.C.

The Sheriff’s Office says Dent was in his fire department uniform when he was arrested.

FOX 5 spoke with Dent and he says the whole thing is a misunderstanding, he has a valid prescription for oxycodone, and expects it to be straighten out.

His arrest brings the known number of D.C. firefighters charged to 13 since last October.
