Police in Prince William County handed out Crime Solvers flyers in and around Plantanillos Grocery and Jewelry Store on Jefferson Davis Highway.

They distributed them to motorists and went door-to-door in area apartment complexes hoping someone will be able to help solve the brazen double shooting at the store on February 21 that killed 21-year-old Glenda Marisol Coca-Romero and sent another store employee to the hospital in critical condition.

Police say they have a few leads, but need more information. They put out surveillance video after the shooting that shows three suspects, all dressed in black with their heads and faces covered, entering and leaving the store.

Police say nothing was taken, so they are not sure if robbery was the motive.

Sgt. Kim Chin says police are hoping that if it was a robbery gone bad, one of the three suspects might feel bad about what happened and step forward.

Cesar Gonzalez told reporters he and other store employees don't deny that they are afraid. But they have no idea what the shooting was all about.

A $1,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.
