Today is Friday, Feb. 28, the 59th day of 2014. There are 306 days left in the year.

SECRET SUPREME COURT VIDEO - This might be a big first. The US Supreme Court is a "Throwback Thursday" every day of the year . There are no video cameras, no recorders allowed and no documentation of arguments besides reports notes and sketch artist working with chalk. But now a protest group may have done something that's never been done before : actually videotape the Justices during an actual argument. The group "The99Org" posted the video of their outburst in the court on YouTube last night. Reporters and the public aren't allowed to being phones into the SCOTUS chamber. It's unclear how the group was able to get a cellphone in. The Court has refused TV coverage for decades on grounds it would "change" how attorneys befave in oral arguments.

CRUMBLING INFRASTRUCTURE - This is way beyond potholes. Are the bridges you drive over in danger of collapse? A major report due out today from the US Department of Transportation will deliver a shocking diagnosis on America's roads and bridges. Despite stimulus spending and efforts to rebuild many bridges and roads, we are running the risk of collapses and closure unless more is done. DOT says to catch up the US needs to spend at least $124 billion a year. What we actually spend is $100 Billion, about $24 billion short. The tug of war between Congress and the White House over how to pay for new funding isn't helping, and the DOT report warns of massive problems if something isn't done.

CLINTON DOCUMENT DUMP - 1:00 p.m. As Hillary Clinton gears up for a possible 2016 Presidential run, Bill Clinton's Presidency is about to come roaring out of the history books and no one's quite sure what's about to come out. At 1:00 pm today The Clinton Presidential Library. The Clinton Presidential Library will make its first release on Friday of records that were previously withheld from the public under legal provisions that expired early last year, a spokeswoman for the National Archives said. About 4,000 to 5,000 pages will be put online today. Politically important for the former Secretary of State will be documents related to her attempt to create the early 90's HealthCare effort reform dubbed "Hillarycare" that eventually was abandoned.

RUSSIA LOOMS OVER UKRAINE - With the unrest continuing in Ukraine, Washington is keeping a close eye on what Russia's up to these days. President Vladimir Putin finally broke his silence on the crisis in Ukraine on This morning with a statement ordering his government to “continue contacts with partners in Kiev” and to work with other countries. But in a move that echoes the days of the Cold War, Putin has launched military exercises involving 150,000 troops on Ukraine’s doorstep that was not-so-subtle warning about Russia’s preparedness. And, just like back in the Cold War that's brought warnings from NATO and the United States that Russia should not violate Ukraine’s territorial integrity. In other words: please don't invade.
