TSA AGENT DOUBTS DC LICENSE - DC has been battling for statehood for decades. NOW a TSA Security agent in Arizona may have now rubbed even more salt in the wound after suggesting that a DC drivers license was not a valid form of ID to board a plane because DC isn't a state. Ashley Brant tells the Washington Post she was trying to board a flight home when a female TSA agent said she didn't know if she could accept a DC license. Another agent steeped in and vouched for DC. TSA headquarters responded saying that they were aware of the incident and the doubting TSA agent was in error. DC Representative in Congress Eleanor Holmes Norton is furious and say its an example of why statehood is needed and how DC get disrespected.

VIRGINIA GOP OFFICIAL SLUR - You're just going to have to fill in some of the blanks on this one. Bob FitzSimmons is the treasurer for Virginia's Republican Party. Del. Barbara Comstock is a Republican running for Congress in Northern Virginia. FitzSimmons isn't exactly a fan of Comstock's and took to Facebook to say as much. Now, the dictionary says the word "twaddle" is defined as foolish speech. But that's not the word FitzSimmons actually wrote when he posted in Facebook the following: "I have nothing against Barbara Comstock, but I hate sexist t---". No, we're not going to write the word. The Virginia Pilot which discovered the post says FitzSimmons deleted it, apologized and said "I was trying to say that I don't appreciate sexist stereotypes and apparently used one myself,"
