DATA BREECH NOTIFICATION - When the Target data breech hit in December, the company said it took 4 days to notify customers. Many though said they were never contacted. This morning Attorney General Eric Holder is calling on Congress to require retailers to immediately report data breaches to customers and law enforcement. The retailer and investigators estimated that approximately 40 million people had their debit and credit card information stolen, while as many as 70 million people had their personal information accessed. Last week the University of Maryland reported a massive data breech of students staff and alumni.

SCOTUS GREENHOUSE GASES - 10:00 am Has the the Obama administration gone too far in imposing its will on private companies over greenhouse gases? That's the question before the US Supreme Court. The Justice Department is squaring off today with industry groups over a program aimed at limiting power-plant and factory emissions of gases blamed for global warming. Justices are hearing arguments today. The regulation forces companies building industrial facilities that increase pollution to find ways reduce the carbon dioxide they release.

GOVERNORS IN DC - "Washington" gets a lot of fingers pointed at it by Governors across the country for all sorts of things. Today those Governors begin their annual meetings here as the National Governors Association holds is annual meetings here in DC. The President plans to meet today with governors of both parties at the White House. Republicans were planning to share their ideas for improving the nation's economy. They include eliminating federal regulations and further delaying key provisions of Obama's health care overhaul. Democrats are in a "what's next" mode as some Governors like Maryland's Martin O'Malley are eyeing a possible Presidential run themselves.

JAYSON COLLINS MAKES HISTORY - A former Washington Wizard walked onto a basketball court last night and made history. Now, a member of the Brooklyn Nets, Collins became the first openly gay athlete to play in one of the four big sports . While he was a member of the Wizards last season the 35-year-old center announced at the end of the season he is gay, but he was a free agent and had remained unsigned. The Collins signing comes as Michael Sam, the SEC co-defensive player of the year from Missouri who recently revealed he is gay, is taking part in the NFL combine. Sam's on-field workouts in Indianapolis are scheduled for today.
