Montgomery Co. schools creates Cyber Civility Task Force

The words "SNOW DAY" have become more than just a dream on a regular basis for kids across the D.C. region this winter.  But in Montgomery County, some students took their frustrations on social media, and that has led to the creation of a Cyber Civility Task Force for the district.

Montgomery County Public Schools Superintendent Joshua Starr told FOX 5 in an interview Wednesday morning that the task force will aim to develop strategies to encourage civil discourse on social media.
