Regina Hall: You Never know What Your Chemistry Is Gonna Be

Posted: Updated:

"About Last Night" marks the seventh movie that Regina Hart and Kevin Hart have made together -- their earlier collaborations include both "Think Like a Man" films, "Death at a Funeral" and "Scary Movie 3" and "4" -- and she can't find enough good things to say about him.

"Although I've starred in films with him, this is the first time we've really gotten to play opposite and play off of each other," Hall told eurweb.com. "It's wonderful to see someone have their star rise and yet stay exactly the same. He's still the same kind, sweet guy that he was."

Regina Hall joins Steve Edwards and Lisa Breckenridge on Good Day L.A.

Fun facts about Regina Hall (Source: Wikipedia)

1.) Regina is an American film and television actress known for her lead role of Brenda Meeks in four of the five Scary Movie films, Candy in The Best Man and its sequel The Best Man Holiday and as Corretta Lipp in the FOX comedy-drama Ally McBeal.

2.) Hall gained more recognition with her role in the comedy-horror-spoof Scary Movie (and the sequels Scary Movie 2, Scary Movie 3, and Scary Movie 4) portraying the obnoxious, sex-crazed Brenda Meeks, and the TV movie Disappearing Acts. In 2001, Hall landed the role of Coretta Lipp on the prime-time drama Ally McBeal, which was originally a recurring role over several episodes but was made a main character in the 5th season of the show. A year later, she starred in the action-drama Paid in Full, a film directed by Charles Stone III. Since then, she has appeared in leading roles in films such as Malibu's Most Wanted, King's Ransom and The Honeymooners. She will have a role in the 2010 Danneel Harris and Arielle Kebbel film Mardi Gras. From its fall 2010 debut until a series overhaul in January 2011, Regina Hall portrayed Deputy District Attorney Evelyn Price on Law & Order: LA. In addition to being an actress and advocate, Regina Hall announced in November 2010 that she is now writing for ABILITY Magazine.

‘About Last Night' opens Friday night on Valentine's Day.

Born and raised in Liverpool, signed by an inexperienced agent named Brian Epstein, hustled into the studio with a genius producer named George Martin...and out of that session came a hit song called "Do You Want To Know A Secret." Now here's the twist…we're not talking about The Beatles.
