Posted: Updated:

D.C. resident Cecil Mills was walking with his daughter in the northeast when he collapsed and died.

It happened across the street from a D.C. Fire station.

But when his daughter and bystanders rushed to the station to ask for help--- no one responded.

An ambulance was eventually dispatched but went to the wrong address.

His son and the family’s attorney joined FOX 5 news morning saying his family simply wants answers.

FOX 5’s Paul Wagner joined us with the latest on his family's pleas for change.
