While trying to talk to Detroit City Council President Pro Tem George Cushingberry Jr., Council security interfered with FOX 2's M.L. Elrick. The interference was caught on tape. Did the police go too far? Plus, what Cushingberry and his supporters are saying about the incident on social media.

John Bennet, Detroit police officer
FOX 2 legal analyst Charlie Langton

Part 2:
The pothole predicament - who to call to report it?

The potholes are especially problematic this year after our bursts of extreme winter weather. So, when you experience a really big pothole - who do you call? Macomb Co. Executive, Mark Hackel, has encouraged people to call 911 when they experience damage-causing potholes. Yet Michigan State Police discourages tying up 911 lines to report potholes.

On the panel:

Mark Hackel, Macomb County Executive
Robert Ficano, Wayne County Executive
Diane Cross, MDOT spokesperson
FOX 2 legal analyst Charlie Langton

You can also report potholes on routes beginning with an "I", "US-" or "M-" directly to MDOT. Call (888)296-4546 or log onto www.Michigan.gov/mdot.

Part 3:
Warren Mayor Jim Fouts controversy

Fox 2's Charlie Langton takes Let It Rip on the road to find out how those living in Warren feel about the surfaced videos showing Mayor Jim Fouts holding hands with his executive assistant.
