STATE OF THE HARD SELL - 10:10 am Fresh off the heels of last nights State of the Union, President Obama is getting ready to sell his "restart agenda" to the American people. The President will travel to 4 states this week following the State of the Union to build support for goals in his speech. Today that effort starts in Lanham Maryland which will be one of the stops.  President Obama will visit a Costco and deliver remarks about raising the minimum wage in Prince Georges County which has already raised its minimum wage in the County. The President will point to the County as an example of how local governments don't have to wait for Congress to act on their own.

POST OFFICE REFORM -  10:00 am Has the post office become a dead letter office? The USPS is on it's way to lose more more than $20 billion from 2012 and 2013, and top USPS officials have begged Congress to agree on a solution. Today the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee take up a bill that's had a troubled history. The bill would The bill would reduce a required prepayment for future retirees’ healthcare which cost $11 billion in losses in 2012. CONGRESSMAN THREATENS REPORTER - Things got a little heated last night between a NY Congressman and a local NY cable news reporter.  Rep. Michael Grimm is defending his actions after he threatened a reporter in the Cannon Office Building after the President's State of the Union address. The reporter asked Grimm about a Justice Department investigation into his campaign finances.  After cutting the interview short, Grimm told The reporter, "You ever do that to me again I'll throw you off this (expletive) balcony." He also threatened to "break (You) in half." Grimm later issued a statement saying he was "extremely annoyed

SNOWDEN NOBEL PRIZE? Edward Snowden spilled the NSA & US government's most biggest secrets, sparking an inferno of debate on the proper role of the reach of US intelligence services. But while the US isn't happy with Snowden others are hailing him as a hero. Two Norwegian politicians have nominated the NSA leaker for a Nobel Peace Prize. The nomination letter states that Snowden's actions have "contributed to a more stable and peaceful world order."  The President have publicly denounced Snowden for his actions, lawmakers on Capitol Hill have said he's committed traitorous crimes against the United States and are demanding he be return from asylum in Russia to be prosecuted for revealing the extend of the NSAs reach
