Post-Grammy Party Draws Police, Tow Trucks

Posted: Updated:

Bel Air- The cops broke up a  wild Grammy After Party around 5am Monday but before that, about a thousand people gathered at a rented mansion hosted by rapper Meek Mills. TMZ got a hold of photos from inside the star-studded affair that show party guests posing next to wild animals like camels and lions. Those guests included P. Diddy, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Nelly and Bow Wow. But when the party wasn't winding down, the cops came to break it up around 5am. That's when they also started towing cars illegally parked along Mullholland Dr. Many guests were seen outside wandering around searching for a way to get home. An unnamed police officer told Fox 11  a neighbor's car was stolen and abandoned about a mile or so down the road, possibly by a party guest whose car was towed.  By sun up on Monday, broken champagne bottles littered the street outside the house and even a woman's wig was found lying on the street.

(FOX11/CNS) - A Grammy Awards after-party in Bel Air Estates attracted police attention when it went on past 3:30 a.m. and had more than 1,000 guests, police officials said.

Police were called to the house on Mulholland Drive at Antelo Place at around 3:30 a.m. with reports of multiple vehicles parked on Mulholland Drive from a big party and they requested help with towing and traffic management from the California Highway Patrol, Officer Alex Rubio said.

A desk officer at the LAPD West Los Angeles Station said it was a Grammy Awards after-party.

"There were over 1,000 people at this party," said Los Angeles Police Officer and spokeswoman Norma Eisenman.

The CHP towed vehicles and the LAPD cleared the party, Eisenman said.

Celebrity website TMZ says the party was thrown by hip hop artist Meek Mill.

They also say the party featured a camel and a lion that partygoers could pose with.   TMZ posted more photos on their website.

It's easy to explain the premise of Disney Channel's "Dog with a Blog." It's about a dog who blogs. "Dog with a Blog" is a huge hit. The man who gives Stan the dog a voice is Stephen Full. He received an Emmy nomination for his performance.
