Yogi Cameron: Making Positive Changes In Life

At the beginning of the year, we always say we're going to change our lives. We're going to eat better, exercise and be much happier people.  But somewhere along the way, we give up and go back to old habits.  So, how do you make positive changes that will stick? "It's not so difficult,"  says Cameron Alborzian.  He's a yogi therapist, an expert on restoring natural health and happiness.

Cameron says if you want to change your life, you have to first take care of your mind.  Exercise alone won't do it. "Mental, spiritual practice, that's where it's at."  Cameron has written two books, to rave reviews. 'The Guru in You' and 'One Plan'. They are both books about spirituality and health. His advice to anyone dealing with difficulties is to change your point view. "It's not about changing other people. It's about changing yourself," says Cameron.
