FRM VIRGINIA GOVERNOR INDICTED - After a year off spiraling controversies over Frm Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell and his wife's gift taking, the US Attorneys office gave them something they probably didn't want: a Federal corruption indictment. The 14-count indictment says the former governor was deep in credit card debt, and took lavish gifts from Star Scientific CEO Jonnie Williams, who hoped the first couple's endorsement for his products would yield big profits for his company.  McDonnell appeared Tuesday night in Richmond denying what he called an "unjust overreach" by prosecutors.
