Chester County authorities have arrested a man for possession of 40 pounds of drug-laced candy.
Robert Callis-Keiser, 25, was charged after the drugs were seized from an apartment on the West Chester University campus back in October.
He was attending West Chester at the time but is no longer is enrolled there.
Authorities say this type of drug-laced candy is fairly common on the West Coast but is a new trend in this area.
They're particularly concerned because they say mixing drugs with candy presents a unique danger to children.
