New rules for pilots to get minimum rest went into effect on Saturday

WASHINGTON, DC - A new law that requires commercial airline pilots getting their minimum amount of rest without having to fly and also limits the hours they can fly without stopping or resting went into effect on Saturday.

All major airlines who knew about these changes for two years now, say there might be potential delays and cancellations.
