Hot spinach artichoke dip

Get this recipe that serves 15-20 people courtesy of Anthony and Shannon Jekielek from Vintage House Banquets and Catering.

4oz butter
1/2 red onion, minced
1 teaspoon fresh or chopped garlic
3 lbs cream cheese
24 oz frozen spinach (thaw, rinse and squeeze)
1/2 cup quartered artichokes
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (optional)
1 tablespoon chicken base

1. Sauté butter, minced onion and garlic until soft

2. Take softened cream cheese and stir in

3. Add chopped spinach

4. Stir until creamy and smooth

5. Add artichokes, Cajun seasoning and chicken base - stir thoroughly

6. Let simmer for 20 minutes or desired temperature.
