Fun facts about Heather Dubrow (Source: Wikipedia)

Heather was born in the Bronx and grew up in Chappaqua, New York. She is a fifth-generation American of Austrian, Hungarian, and Polish ancestry. In 1990, she received a BFA from Syracuse University. From 2000 to 2002, she starred in the CBS television drama That's Life as Lydia DeLucca. She also composed the show's theme song, "Learnin' As I Go", used in the second season. Heather joined The Real Housewives of Orange County in Season 7. She officially changed her name from Heather Paige Kent to Heather Dubrow and has since been credited with the latter name in her television roles.

Heather married Terry DuBrow, a plastic surgeon in 1999 and Terry's older brother was Kevin DuBrow, the singer of heavy metal band Quiet Riot. They reside in Orange County, California and have four children: twins Nicholas and Maximillia, Katarina, and Collette. After toying with the idea of returning to her acting roots and rediscovering her creative side, Heather is ready to make a return to the small screen, landing guest roles on current hit sitcoms. Heather and Terry has in 2013 sold their Orange County mansion for a reported 16.4 million dollars. Heather said that the reason for the sale was that the house was not suitable for the family now they have their "unplanned" fourth child. They have recently bought a plot of land in a new community where they intend to build their new home.
